What happens to your GIF

The file you upload

Your GIF is written to a temporary directory on our own worker, split into frames, and processed there. It is not forwarded to a third-party AI service.

The output GIF and WebP stay downloadable for a limited time. A scheduled cleanup deletes the upload and both results within 30 minutes, whether or not the tab is still open.

What we do not collect

No email address, and no uploaded file names kept beyond the temporary directory. The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracking or advertising scripts.

Server logs

Our server keeps short access logs that include IP addresses, used to keep the service running and to stop one client from filling the queue for everyone. They rotate out on a schedule.

Uploading is a choice

Anything you upload lands on a server you do not control, so avoid uploading an animation that contains private information.
